About me…
So this is always the awkward bit, talking about yourself!
Here goes...I come from a lifetime of being active and enjoying sports having played hockey, rugby, netball and competed in athletics from a young age, my love of movement plus a little competitiveness has become ingrained. Don’t get me wrong, I still love a lazy day and those days should be embraced but we were made to move and I can’t help but feel modern life is taking that from us.
Before I was a PT I worked as a movement director all over Europe in theatre, (among many other in-between jobs) I did some pretty crazy projects with some pretty amazing people that I am very proud of and it sparked an interest in how each individual is very different in how they move, think and go about daily life.
I find a joy in pushing the human body to adapt and change and become a healthier and better version of itself everyday. Whether it is my own body and mind, or someone I am working with, whatever your background, whether you are a fitness fanatic, starting your fitness journey, about to have a baby, had a baby or just looking for a nudge, push, or rugby tackle back in the right direction, I can be there to give you a helping hand.
Another thing I think is underestimated in life is tea and cake and how it can solve many problems.
